Taitung, a pure and free land, and the hometown of flying fish!
The children of Taitung ride flying fish, soaring freely in the sky!
Swim in the sky, read under water!
Taitung is not a “city,” therefore;
What we like to build is not a swimming pool, but an extensive sea in the sky!
What we like to build is not a library, but a land where one can read, listen to the wind, and see the ocean!
This land is transformed and incarnated by flying fish, while children play up and down through its flying wings (stairs, ramps).
